广西农垦北部湾产业园区项目是充分利用农垦北部湾沿海的土地资源，参与北部湾（广西）经济区的全面开发。北部湾产业园区铁山港园区是北海铁山港工业区的重要组成部分。铁山港工业区由新加坡裕廊顾问公司规划设计。
Guangxi State Farms North Gulf Industrial Zone is making good use of the coastal land and the development of North Gulf (Guangxi) Economic Area. Its Sub-Tieshangang Area is am important part of Beihai Tieshangang Industrial Area and is programmed by Singapore Jurong.
广西农垦北部湾产业园区铁山港园区规划面积40平方公里，一期启动4.67平方公里的土地开发。主要建设陶瓷工业园、特色建材工业园、有色金属工业园、码头仓储物流园等。
The first stage of zone is sub-Beihai Area an area of 40km2 of which 20km2 named Tieshangang industrial Area is the pilot project with procleain area ,featured construction material area, ferrous metal area and wharf storage logistic area.
